From image design to final product delivery, this workflow leverages Epson's advanced tools for seamless order management, efficient printing, and quick turnaround, making it effortless to create personalised, high-quality prints.

Stage 1: Design & Order

Upload Photos: Customers can easily upload their photos at the shop by using a QR code on their smartphones.
Create & Order: The uploaded photos are sent to the Epson Craft Designer, where they can be customised using templates, frames, characters, and stickers. The software connects to Epson Craft Designer Admin, an app that helps manage the product list.
Order Slip: Once the design is complete, customers receive a printed order slip.
Send to Cloud: The image data is automatically sent to the Epson Production Flow for the next stage.

Stage 2: Print Job Management & Settings

Manage Print Jobs: From the Epson Cloud Solution PORT, the image data is sent to Production Flow, a software solution that automatically manages incoming orders and sets up print settings.

Stage 3: Printing & Post-Processing

Print the Order: The shop owner manages printing through Epson's large format printers.
Finish & Deliver: The final product is printed using Epson's large format printers and provided to the customer, often ready for same-day pickup.

Production Flow:
Streamlined print management

Stay on top of print jobs and manage print operation settings with ease using Production Flow. Production Flow makes managing print jobs simple and efficient, saving you time and helping you deliver great results.

Job Management: Keep track of all your print jobs in real-time. The job list updates automatically as orders come in and progress through the production process.
Print Settings: Easily choose the printer and adjust pre-registered print settings.

Epson Print Hub:
Efficient printing made easy

Epson Print Hub is a software solution designed to work with Epson Craft Designer. As a Digital Front End (DFE) for large format printers, it handles print data and uses pre-set print settings to make printing seamless.

With the print settings already set up through Production Flow, Epson Print Hub automatically follows these settings, so you don’t need to adjust them for every print job. This simplifies your workflow and keeps printing efficient and consistent.

Plus, if you're already using SureLab Order Controller, Epson Print Hub is fully compatible, ensuring a smooth transition without any disruption to your current operations.
